Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. No alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
2. Groups of youths who congregate outside the premises will be requested to move away from the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. CCTV system is installed, maintained and fully operational.
2. The images are to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer from RMBC Licensing upon request.
3. Premises to adopt the "Challenge 21" Scheme as adopted by the British Beer and Pub Association.
