  The following conditions apply unless they have been superseded by provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Mandatory Conditions for club Premises with off sales

   

  1) The supply of alcohol for consumption off the club premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

   

  2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

   

  3) That any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

   

   

   

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. CCTV to be installed and operational at the premises which covers all the internal areas where alcohol is supplied and consumed.

   

  2. CCTV system maintained at all times and images retained for a period of 31 days and made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer of Rochdale MBC Licensing at their request within reasonable time.

   

  3. The park is secured with 24 hour security personnel.

   

  4. All park areas to be patrolled at intervals throughout the night.

   

  5. Heywood Diner is alarmed when closed.

   

  6. Entrance to the park is restricted and manned by security personnel at the gatehouse.

   

  7. To keep area directly outside premises in a clean and tidy manner.

   

  8. Alcohol is restricted to visitors at park only.
