ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) CCTV installed.
2) The CCTV system is to be maintained in full working order, and fully operational at all times that the premises are open.
3) CCTV recording capability to be tested at the commencement of each trading day to ensure it is fully operational.
4) CCTV images will be retained for 31 consecutive days.
5) CCTV Images will be produced immediately upon request to the Police and or Authorised Officers of Rochdale MBC Licensing Authority.
6) The consumption of Alcohol will be restricted to "ON" the premises only.
7) Challenge 21 policy will be adhered to at all times.
8) Proof of Age - photographic I D accepted - passport or driving licence only.
9) The premises will operate a zero drugs policy. Any person found to be possessing, using or dealing drugs to be reported to the Police immediately.
10) A log detailing all refusals (sales of alcohol) will be kept and produced to The Police and or Authorised Officers of RMBC Licensing Authority upon request
11) A representative of the premises will attend Rochdale Pub and Club Watch meeting on no fewer than three occasions per calendar year.
12) S I A registered door supervisors will be on duty at all times when the sale or supply of Alcohol takes place in conjunction with all Live music events.
13) A written log will be kept of the names of all S I A door supervisors and will include the start and finish times of their duty.
14) S I A door supervisors will be required to wear high visibility jackets when providing door security.
15) S I A door supervisors will be required to wear high visibility armbands when performing security functions within the premises.
16) A record of all incidents will be kept detailing the nature of the incident, the time and date of the incident and details of all remedial actions taken.
17) All written logs will be made available immediately upon request to The Police and Authorised Officers of RMBC Licensing Authority.
18) A designated first aider will be on duty at all times that the premises are open to the public.
19) Fire safety certificates will be current, accessible and available for inspection upon request.
20) Fire equipment will be maintained and checked in accordance with the relevant fire legislation.
21) Fire exits will be maintained in good order and kept clear of obstructions at all times.
22) Fire exits will be clearly illuminated in accordance with current fire safety regulations.
23) All electrical equipment will be PAT tested annually.
24) All electrical, gas and equipment safety certificates will be current, accessible and available for inspection upon request.
