Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Premises supervised by a designated premises supervisor.
2. Fire exits kept clear.
3. No loud Live or recorded music.
4. Provision of easy access for disabled and special needs.
5. Children must be accompanied by adults.
6. External / internal lighting.
7. Staff trained on drug related issues.
8. Staff trained in relation to proof of age.
9. The management will maintain close relationships with the police and law enforcement agencies.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. Proof of age will be required to purchase alcohol from the premises by anyone appearing to be under 21 years old. If they cannot provide proof, there will be no sale permitted. If their identity has been proven to be under the age of 18, they will be refused to be sold alcohol under all circumstances. Proof of identity that will be requested is passport, driving licence with photograph, Proof of Age Scheme which carries the PASS logo.
2. After 7:00 pm children under 12 years of age will not be allowed on the premises, unless supervised by an adult.
3. Four CCTV cameras are installed in the main public areas of the premises with a recording unit. These must be maintained at all times and images kept for 1 calendar month and be made available upon Police request.
