  Off Licence Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - Conditions Consistent with the operating schedule

   

  1. Any person wishing to purchase alcohol, who appears to be under 21 years of age will be required to produce photographic I.D before any sale is made.

  2. The only accepted forms of I.D will be passport or photographic UK driving licence.

  3. The management will action anything requested of them by the licensing officers, to reduce underage drinking and public nuisance.

  4. Notices will be clearly and prominently displayed advising customers of the over 21's policy.
