  Off Licence Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - Conditions Consistent with the operating schedule

   

  1. Reasonable trading hours to minimise the impact on the local residents and businesses.

  2. The licence will not promote or encourage irresponsible drinking.

  3. All exits doors will be kept obstruction free and will be regularly checked.

   

   

   

   

• ANNEX 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority

   

  1. CCTV installed and maintained and images to be kept for a minimum of one calendar month and be made available to the Police upon request.

  5 CCTV cameras to be installed covering:

  a) Front of premises - externally.

  b) Rear of premises - externally.

  c) Internally covering the till.

  d) Internally covering front of shop to rear of premises.

  e) Internally covering rear of shop to front of premises.

  2. Policy in place at the premises not to sell alcohol to any person who is or appears to be under the age of 21 years, unless proof of  identity can be proved either by production of a passport , driving licence or other nationally approved scheme.
