ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises will be compliant with all Health and Safety legislation.
2. The premises will be compliant with all Food Safety legislation.
3. The premises will be compliant with the Licensing Act 2003 legislation.
4. All taxis will be pre booked.
5. All employees will have up to date hygiene certificates.
6. Customers will not be exposed to hot surfaces.
7. All emergency exits will be clearly marked.
8. Notices requesting patrons to leave quietly will be clearly and prominently displayed.
9. Children will be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
10. Alcohol will not be sold, or supplied, to any person under the age of 18 years.
11. Any person appearing to be under 21 years of age will be asked to produce photographic ID. Only a Driving Licence or Passport will be accepted.
12. Challenge 21 scheme operated at premises.
13 To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the
person displayed on the I.D.
14. A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals of retail
alcohol to underage persons dining alone.
15. To provide training, at least once a year, to all new and existing staff on age
restricted products.
16. To keep a written record of all training provided and get staff to sign and date
records to confirm that the training has been received and understood.
17. To attend training seminars organised by the Trading Standards Service as
and when requested to do so.
18. To inform all staff of changes in the law relating to age-restricted products as
and when required.
19. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that has been
brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
20. To keep a log of such notifications and any remedial action on file, ready for
inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if required.
