  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  1. Additional staff to become personal licence holders in 2006.

  2. Refusal log in place for all restricted sale products.

  3. Interior and exterior CCTV installed and fully operational.

  4. Waste bin to be sited outside store.

  5. Exterior lighting to front and side of property.

  6. Strict policy of moving any congregation of youths away from the property.

  7. Will establish "Shop watch" contact with other shops nearby and operate ring round scheme to warn of potential issues.

  8. Proof of Age "pass" Scheme in operation.

  9. Extensive use of display (POS) material for "21 ID".

  10. All alcohol sited together, Monitored by CCTV and visible from manned service counter.

  11. Strong spirits not accessible to customers as located behind service counter.
