ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Current Health and Safety legislation adhered to.
2. Rubbish bins are provided for use for the customers both inside and outside of the premises.
3. Staff at the premises will undertake regular sweeps of the area in the vicinity of the premises to ensure that litter from those premises does not cause a nuisance to local residents.
4. Members of staff will request customers to leave quietly and have respect for the residential neighbours.
