ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) Good relations with the police. If any incidents occur, we will call the police immediately. There is also a procedure to maintain an incident register that will record any incidents relating to crime and disorder.
2) Require recognised Proof of Age card and will not serve anyone who is or appearsto be under 18 unless they produce evidence of age.
3) Follow the Portman Group Code of Practice.
4) There is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm and the premises have suitable lighting for the safety to staff and customers.
5) Rubber mats are placed within premises to prevent slips, trips and falls by customers entering in rainy/wet conditions.
6) First aid equipment, materials and assistance are provided to the customers in case of any accidents/injury and an ambulance will be called.
7) Intoxicated people are asked to leave the premises.
8) A visible notice on the door clearly states customers to leave the premises quietly.
9) Anyone intimidating will be evicted from the premises. If they refuse to leave, the police will be called.
10) Be vigilant to prevent adults buying alcohol for under 18's and if suspicious will not sell.
