ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV installed, maintained and fully operational.
2. Positioning of cameras to be agreed with the Police and Rochdale MBC Licensing.
3. One CCTV camera must cover and the view must not be obstructed at all times.
4. Images of all CCTV recordings will be kept for a minimum of 31 days and will be made immediately available to the Police and Authorised Officers of Rochdale MBC Licensing upon request.
5. CCTV system at the start of each trading day be fully checked. If it is not fully operational, then no sales of alcohol can take place and all alcohol must be covered up until the matter is resolved.
6. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 and who is attempting to buy alcohol will be required to produce proof of age showing that they are age 18 years or older before any sale is made. Passport or Proof of Age Scheme Card.
7. Challenge 21 posters on display on the entrance and within the premises.
8. Good relations with the police. If any incidents occur, we will call the police immediately.
9. Records of refusal are kept and warning signs are also displayed.
10. All staff will be trained in relation to alcohol sales.
11. Be vigilant to prevent adults buying alcohol for under 18's and if suspicious will not sell.
12. There is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm and the premises have suitable lighting for the safety to staff and customers.
13. First Aid equipment, materials and assistance are provided to the customers in case of any accidents / injury and an ambulance will be called.

15. Litter originating from the business outside the premises will be collected and disposed of at the end of the day.
16. Groups of children / young adults congregating outside the premises will be requested to move away.
17. A refusal log to be kept to record date and time of all refusal of retail alcohol.
18. A copy of this information to be made available upon request of an Authorised Officer of RMBC.
19. To provide training at least once a year to all existing staff on age restricted products.

21. Keep a written record of all training provided and get staff on age restricted products.
22. The Licensee(s) and employees to attend training provided seminars organised by Trading Standards as and when requested to do so.
23. To notify staff of any incidents reported in relation to alleged underage sales of alcohol from your premise.
24. To keep a record of these notifications on file, ready for inspection by Authorised Officers of RMBC if requested.
25. To record details of any remedial action following a report from Trading Standards of an underage sale on the premise.
26. To keep and produce a copy of the "Record of Remedial Action" if requested by an Authorised Officer of RMBC.
