ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) Good relations with the police. If any incidents occur, we will call the police immediately. There is also a procedure to maintain an incident register that will record any incidents relating to crime and disorder.
2) The premises have a Health & Safety certificate and a Food & Hygiene certificate.
3) All the surfaces and counters are cleaned on a regular basis during operating hours.
4) There are also annual environmental health checks taken place.
5) There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and fire alarm fitted and the premises has suitable lighting for the safety of staff and customers.
6) Rubber mats are placed within premises to prevent slips, trips and falls by customers entering in rainy/wet conditions.
7) First aid equipment, materials and assistance are provided to the customers in case of any accidents/injury and an ambulance will be called.
8) No nuisance will be caused by noise or vibrations emanating form the premises.
9) Litterbins are located inside the premises.
10) Only paying customers and guests are allowed to wait whilst hot food is prepared.
11) A visible notice on the door clearly states customers to leave the premises quietly.
12) Anyone intimidating will be evicted form the premises. If they refuse to leave, the police will be called.
13) Staff are supervised to regularly emptied bins. Litterbags are stored secure and concealed within the premises away from the public.
14) All fixtures and fittings are secure. There are no loose objects and the counter is at a reasonable height.
15) The premises will not allow smoking, signs are clearly visible and anyone found to be smoking will be told to leave.
16) The premises will not use any form of excessive/amplified noise.
17) At all times a supervisor will be present to evacuate children from the premises in case of an emergency.
18) Customers are given the facility to make telephone orders, this is to prevent children waiting and prevent the premises from being over crowded.
