  Off Licence Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1) CCTV installed and maintained and fully operational.

  2) CCTV images recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police/Local Authority on request.

  3) Notices to be displayed inshore that it is an offence for under 18's to purchase alcohol.

  4) The requirements of the Fire Officer to be complied with.

  5) No deliveries to take place between the hours of 23:00 hrs and 06:00 hrs the following day.

  6) Proof of age scheme in operation.

  7) All staff trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.

  8) "Think 21 scheme" in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store.

  9) Electronic till prompt when alcohol scanned through tills to remind staff to check age of purchaser.

  10) Records of refusal kept.
