ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. In order to prevent crime and disorder, we will ensure that we keep good relations with the police.
2. There is also a procedure to maintain an incident register that will record any incidents relating to crime and disorder.
3. The premises have a Health and Safety certificate and a Food Hygiene certificate.
4. All the surfaces and counters are cleaned on a regular basis during operating hours.
5. There are annual environmental health checks taking place.
6. There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and fire alarm fitted and the premises have suitable lighting for the safety to staff and customers.
7. Rubber mats are placed within premises to prevent slips, trips and falls by customers entering in rainy / wet conditions.
8. First aid equipment, materials and assistance are provided to the customers in case of any accidents / injury and an ambulance will be called.
9. No nuisance will be caused by noise or vibrations emanating from the premises.
10. Litter bins are located inside the premises.
11. There is an extraction fan in operation to reduce odour.
12. Only paying customers and guests are allowed to wait whilst hot food is prepared.
13. A visible notice on the door clearly states customers to leave the premises quietly.
14. Staff are supervised to regularly empty bins.
15. Litterbags are stored secure and concealed within the premises away from the public.
16. Low mellow music is played from time to time to make customers settle in and avoid noise disturbances to the public.
17. All fixtures and fittings are secure.
18. The premises will not allow smoking. Signs are clearly visible and anyone found smoking will be told to leave.
19. The premises will not use any form of excessive / amplified noise.
20. At all time a supervisor will be present to evacuate children from the premises in case of an emergency.
21. Customers are given the facility to make telephone orders. This is to prevent children waiting and prevent the premises from being over crowded.
