ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. "Staff are to be trained in basic Licensing Laws and the Licensing Objectives. The training will be given to new members of staff before they commence employment involving the sale of alcohol and all staff are to receive refresher training twice yearly".
2. Challenge 25 Scheme' in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store.
3. The Premises Licence holder will report any alcohol related incidents of anti-social behaviour, nuisance or crime to the police that occur at, on or immediately outside the premises within 7 days.
4. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that has been brought to your attention by Trading Standards.
5. To keep a log of such notifications on file, ready for inspection by authorised officers of RMBC if required.
6. To record any remedial action following a report from Trading Standards of an alleged underage sale from the premise.
7. To produce a copy of the 'Record of Remedial Action' if requested by an authorised officer of RMBC
