  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. Notices to be displayed in store that it is an offence for under 18's to purchase alcohol.

  2. CCTV installed and maintained. Images recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police / Local Authority on request.

  3. The requirements of the Fire Officer to be complied with.

  4. No deliveries to take place between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 the following day.

  5. All staff trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.

  6. Proof of Age Scheme in place.

  7. 'Think 21 Scheme' in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store.

  8. Electronic till prompt when alcohol scanned through tills to remind staff to check age of purchaser.

  9. 'All due diligence' refusals book kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged and refused.
