The following conditions apply unless they have been superseded by provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
On Licence
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
(3) CCTV cameras installed covering the front and sides of the premises to the reasonable satisfaction of GMP.
(4) CCTV installed and maintained internally and externally with full recording facility in use.
(5) CCTV images to be retained for 31 days and produced to Authorised Officer of RMBC immediately upon request.
(6) CCTV equipment to eb checked at the commencement of the trading day. If the CCTV is not working then no retail sale will be made.
(7) Challenge 21 scheme will be operated at premises.
(8) Appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D will only be accepted.
(9) Personal licence holder to be trained in First Aid.
(10) A maintained and operational emergency lighting system.
(11) Any noise emanating from the premises will be inaudible at the curtilage of the nearest resedential property after 23:30 hours.
(12) Signs displayed requesting staff and members of the public to leave the premises quietly.
(13) A notice shall be placed within the entrance of the building stating the following: No children shall be permitted outside the premises unless supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
