ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
● A minimum of 2 x SIA security personnel will be deployed at the Cricket Ground From 17:00 hrs to 23:00hrs on Friday 20.06.25.
● A minimum of 6 x SIA security personnel will be deployed at the Cricket Ground From 13:00 hrs to 23:30hrs on Saturday 21.06.25. This number will rise in line with the size of the audience.
● A register is maintained of all SIA security personnel deployed throughout the event.
● Register includes: SIA licence number, licence expiry date, name, duty commencement time, duty cessation time, individuals signature. Register produced immediately upon request to Authorised Licensing Officers (RBC) and Greater Manchester Police,
● In the event that last minute / pre-event substitutions take place - those SIA personnel will not be permitted to work until such times as they have been cross referenced and vetted against the SIA register.
● All alcohol within Cricket Ground decanted into plastic glasses at “Point of Sale”, prior to serving to customer.
● The retail sale / supply of alcohol is restricted to the licensable areas within Cricket Ground only.
● Borough wide alcohol restrictions apply to all areas outside Cricket Ground.
● Bag searches conducted at point of entry.
● Zero tolerance to drugs -any person found to be in possession of any illicit drug / substance will be referred to GMP / and subject to the direction of GMP detained or ejected immediately from the venue.
Public Safety
Please refer to the attached “Risk Assessment/Event Management Plan” document.

All guests are required to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be scanned on entry to avoid any duplication. Queues will be managed by SIA security who will also conduct bag searches.
Only alcohol purchased within Cricket Ground can be consumed on site.
Person(s) attempting to bring alcohol from any other source, other than licensed bars within the Cricket Ground into the Cricket Ground, will have that alcohol confiscated and not returned.
Person(s) attempting to bring alcohol into the Cricket Ground, or any other source into Cricket Ground, will have that alcohol confiscated and not returned. Person(s) found to be consuming alcohol within the Cricket Ground that has not been purchased on site, will have that alcohol confiscated and subject to the direction of the Event Manager / DPS / GMP or Licensing Authority- they will be ejected from the event.
No bottles / glasses permitted within the Cricket Ground.
Ticket scanning at point of entry into the Cricket Ground to record the number of persons accessing/egressing the event.
All food provided at the event will be from vendors who have provided relevant public liability insurance, food safety standard certificate and other relevant documentation At the end of the festival, all exits will be open to allow guests to leave from multiple exits preventing crowding and nuisance.
The prevention of public nuisance
Please refer to the attached “Risk Assessment/Event Management Plan” document.
+ Additional conditions as follows:
Guests reminded of the need to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
Event to finish circa 11pm to keep noise nuisance limited to reasonable hours.
Close liaison between staff on the day to identify and persons that show signs of becoming excessively drunk/potential to cause public nuisance. Manage any potential with mitigation (refuse more alcohol, eject from site if necessary)
The protection of Children from harm
Please refer to the attached “Risk Assessment/Event Plan” document.

No admittance to the Venue to any person under the age of 18, at any time, unless accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18).
Challenge 25 policy adopted at all external bars. Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently displayed at all external bars.
Age verification: Accepted forms of ID: Full UK Driving Licence (Photo Card). Passport. PASS Accredited ID Card.
