ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Club will work closely with the police and adhere to any advice given.
2. All visitors and members will be asked to leave the premises quietly and respect the needs of the local residents.
3. Parents or Guardians in attendance at most functions where children will be in attendance.
4. Keep the volume of live and recorded music to a reasonable level so as not to cause a nuisance.
5. The club don't allow any sort of gangs to congregate outside the club. The club will automatically call the police to get them moved on.
6. The committee have regular checks around the club to make sure that nothing is a danger to the public or members.
7. The club requests that all caterers have a Health and Food Hygiene Certificate.
8. There are emergency exits which are explained to hirers.
9. There is a Health and Safety Policy in place.
10. There are notices around the club asking people not to take drinks outside on the street.
11. The club has a Child Protection procedure in action.
12. No liquor is served to people believed to be under age.
13. The Club will be able to supply alcohol, sell and consume alcohol inside and around the cricket ground and car park outside, as depicted by the red line borders in the attached plans.
14. The premises has generic and specific fire and health & Safety risk assessment process in place15. The premises has appropriate insurances in place, which are reviewed and renewed on an annual basis.
15. Following a dynamic risk assessment of events, a decision will be made, by the management team/Committee, as to whether or not licensed security staff need to be in operation.
16. We operate a Challenge 25 Policy.
17. Following dynamic risk assessments we operate No Glass Policies.
18. The premises has internal and external CCTV in operation 24/7 which can maintain records for 28 days.
19. CCTV systems are serviced on a regular basis.
20. The premises has intruder alarm systems installed that also notify relevant bodies.
21. Intruder alarm systems are serviced on a regular basis.
22. The premises has a good working relationship with the local Police Force.
23. The premises has a fire alarm system in operation 24/7, which will also notify relevant bodies if activated.
24. The fire alarm systems are serviced on a regular basis.
25. The premises has adequate numbers of clearly marked and illuminated fire exits in operation as well as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers/blankets.
26. All fire exits, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers/blankets are serviced on a regular basis.
27. The premises has emergency lighting systems in operation.
28. All emergency lighting systems are serviced on a regular basis.
29. Committee Members and Members ensuring the ground is free from hazards and fenced off as appropriate.
30. Groundsman and Assistance are in regular attendance every week to maintain a safe environment.
31. Where practical, premises internal windows and doors will be closed by 11pm.
32. Any outside music (live or otherwise) will cease by 11pm.
33. The drinking of alcohol will not be permitted outside the front of the premises on Townhouse and Denhurst Roads.
34. Large groups leaving the premises will be encouraged to disperse as quickly, quietly and as safely as practically possible.
35. Glasses will be prevented from leaving the premises.
36. The premises has child protection procedures in place.
37. The premises has designated child protection officers in place.
38. Children should be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times - signage in operation.
39. No under 18s are allowed to use the gaming machines.
40. Children will be prevented from excessively running around the premises (internally).
41. Following a dynamic risk assessment, where appropriate, children (with an age stipulation) will be restricted from attending inappropriate events held on the premises.
42. We are a Child Safety Zone providing a safe environment, toilet facilities and glasses of water.
