ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV cameras installed internally and externally on the premises.
2. Video capture device linked to CCTV e.g. storing pictures etc.
3. Any disturbances ate notified to the police.
4. Health and Safety certificates for premises.
5. Food hygiene certificates for premises.
6. Annual inspection of premises by food team.
7. Fire extinguishers located within premises.
8. Strictly no alcohol on the premises.
9. Known trouble makers not allowed on the premises.
10. Signs / posters telling customers to leave premises in a quiet manner.
11. Takeout counter at reasonable height.
12. No loose objects lying around. Children are protected.
