  1. All embedded restrictions inherent in the Licensing Act 1964, the Cinematography (Safety) Regulations 1955 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 to be removed, as requested.

  This licence is also subject to the conditions laid down in the Rochdale MBC “Regulations applying to Entertainments Licences”, which were made in respect of Entertainments Licences for public music and dancing and entertainments of a like kind issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (copy attached). It should be noted that Reg. 36 has been superseded by the Mandatory Condition in respect of Door Supervisors.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. CCTV installed and fully operational.

  2. SIA registered door supervisors to be used.

  3. Last drink to be served 45 minutes before the terminal hour.

  4. CCTV covering exit of club with 24 hour recording facility in operation.

  5. Emergency lighting system operational in all trade areas.

  6. Full fire alarm system operational.

  7. Live music to cease at 02.00 hours (Sunday-Tuesday), 03.00 hours (Wednesday-Thursday) and 04.00 hours (Friday-Saturday).

  8. Recorded music to cease at 02.00 hours (Sunday-Tuesday), 03.00 hours (Wednesday- Thursday) and 04.00 hours (Friday-Saturday).

  9. All windows to be kept closed after 02.00 hours.

  10. Children will be away from trading areas by 23.00 hours.

  11. Children only allowed in under strict supervision when a function is on.

  12. To comply with Fire Authority's recommendations.

  13. To comply with Local Authority's recommendations undertakings children's certificate.

  14. To comply with RMBC recommendations.

  15. To participate in any such Pub and Club Watch scheme.

  16. To use and maintain any such CCTV and recording system as may be fitted.

  17. To change the tapes as maybe required and retain for one calendar month.

  18. To produce tapes upon request to a Police Officer.

  19. If and when the system is upgraded to digital recording, to keep the images and retain for one calendar month and produce a copy of the images, upon request to a Police Officer.
