ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Vigilant and stringent control with low tolerance of public misbehaviour.
2. Formal training in food hygiene and food handling procedures.
3. Adequate supply of fire fighting equipment.
4. Adequate supply of first aid materials.
5. Warning notices of hot surfaces, slippery floors when appropriate etc clearly displayed.
6. Extraction system and other equipment are of appropriate specification to prevent noise, vibration and smells emitting from the premises.
7. Waste disposal from the premises are strictly controlled.
8. Staff training and awareness of protection of children at all times and in all situations.
9. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult after 11pm. If not, enquiries and action will be taken to ensure their safety.
