ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Kitchen to be equipped with two fire extinguishers and one fire blanket.
2. Fire exits to be kept obstacle free at all times.
3. Staff trained in relation to escape routes and prevent risk occurrence within the kitchen.
4. Staff instructed to ask anybody being too noisy or by other means interfering with public order to control their behaviour and / or immediately leave the premises.
5. Collection of waste will take place on a regular and frequent basis.
6. Waste areas will be located as much out of sight as possible and kept clean at all times.
7. The closest surrounding area of the premises will be kept clean ensuring the removal of litter directly originating from the premises.
8. There will be a sufficient number of waste storage facilities to accommodate the volume of waste produced.
9. The customer area will be equipped with waste bin(s) in order to prevent dropping of waste outside the premises.
10. Food will be served in plastic containers.
11. There will be no alcohol served or sold to take away.
