ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) Good working relationship with the police. So if any disturbances rise we immediately contact the police.
2) Staff have been given informal training to deal with aggressive customers.
3) Food hygiene certificates.
4) Fire extinguisher located within the premises.
5) Environmental health have annual inspections of the premises to insure things are satisfactory.
6) Litterbins are located internally/externally for the premises.
7) Extractors fans/ventilation system to disper any smells emanating from the premises.
8) Hot food displays on the counter warning of dangers.
9) All fittings properly secure on premises.
10) No loose objects lying around on shop floor.
