ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1) CCTV camera installed and operational.
2) Have good working relationship with police so, if any disturbances arise, we immediately contact the police.
3) Staff has been given informal training to deal with aggressive customers.
4) Food hygiene certificates.
5) Fire extinguishers located within the premises.
6) Environmental Health Officers annually inspect the premises to ensure that things are satisfactory.
7) Provision of litter bins internally and externally.
8) Extraction fans and ventilation systems to disperse any smells emanating from the premises.
9) All fittings properly secured on the premises, no loose objects lying around on the shop floor.
