ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

1. CCTV installed and operational internally.
2. Emergency phone numbers on display for staff.
3. Fire extinguishers located on the premises.
4. All knives kept out of reach of public.
5. Close liaison with local police.
6. All incidents within the premises reported to local police and a log is kept.
7. CCTV to be operational, recording at all times the premises are open to the public. Cameras are to cover all areas accessible by the public including the front of the premises. Images are to be retained in an un-edited format for a minimum of 28 days and produced to Police and other responsible authorities upon request.
8. The CCTV control system (e.g. hard drive) is to be kept in a secure location out of reach of members of the public.
