  The following conditions apply unless they have been superseded by provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

   

   

  Off Licence Conditions

   

  Embedded conditions

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition, permitted hours means:

   

  a. On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

  b. On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.

  c.  On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

  d. On Good Friday, 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit:

   

  (a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;

  (b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;

  (c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;

  (d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;

   

   

  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  From 1st October 2010 these conditions will also apply

   

  (3)              (a) The premises licence holder or club certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

                (b) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - Conditions Consistent with the operating schedule

   

  1. The CCTV system is to be maintained in good order at all times

  2. Images from all cameras are to be stored for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV to record at all times the premises are open to the public. Images are to be made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer of the Local Authority immediately upon their request

  3. To ask for appropriate identification of proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the I.D.

  4. A refusal log is to be kept to record dates and times of refusals to retail alcohol and to be produced to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer of the Local Authority immediately upon request

  5. Challenge 25 Scheme operated at the premises

  6. Challenge 25 posters to be clearly and prominently displayed

  7. To keep a written record of all training provided and get staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood

   

  The following conditions added to Licence following Minor Variation submitted 17th July 2013;

   

  8. The Premises Licence Holder will be required to attend an annual Responsible Retailer training session with the Public Protection Service

  9. To ask for appropriate proof of age with a photograph of the person displayed on the ID

  10. To operate till prompts

  11. To provide training every six months to existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol

  12. To provide training for all new staff on the sale of age restricted products. Training to be recorded and staff to sign and date the training has been understood

  13. To inform all staff of changes in law relating to age restricted products as and when required

  14. To notify staff of any reports of alleged underage sale incidents that has been brought to your attention by the Public Protection Service

  15. CCTV to capture and record all till sales
