ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV cameras to cover internal and external areas of the premises and all
areas where customers have legitimate access.
2. CCTV cameras to cover stock room and any location where food
prep/storage occurs.
3. One CCTV camera is specifically positioned to capture facial images of any
persons entering the premises.
4. All areas are sufficiently illuminated for the purposes of the recording of CCTV
images.
5. All CCTV recorded images have sufficient clarity/quality/definition to enable
facial recognition.
6. CCTV images are retained in an unedited format for a period of 31
consecutive days. The CCTV system records images 24/7 irrespective of
whether the premises are open or not.
7. Any person left in charge of the premises is trained in the use of any such
CCTV equipment and is able to produce/download/burn CCTV images.
8. CCTV is maintained on a regular basis and kept in good working order at all
times and images produced to the Police or Authorised Licensing Officers
immediately upon request.
9. CCTV checked daily and if found not to be in good working order the
premises cannot trade until such times as the CCTV system is working.
10. Posters, no smaller than A3 size, on a yellow background are clearly and
prominently displayed at the entrance of the premises, and front window of
the premises stating that CCTV is in operation and that images are being
captured for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. These
posters are printed in Bold and not handwritten.
11. A list of all employees is written and kept up to date showing names,
residential addresses, and dates of birth for each employee.
12. The PLH will check and retain a copy of each employee UK
Passport/Entitlement to work in the UK and produce these immediately upon
request to Police/Authorised Licensing Officers.
13. These lists are to be provided to GMP / Licensing Authority immediately upon
request.
14. Clear signage shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to leave the
premises quietly and respect local residents.
15. No external waste disposal (including bottle or food waste) shall take place
between 23:00 and 07:00.
16. Delivery drivers must not leave engines idling or congregate outside the premises. A designated waiting area must be used where possible.
17. The premises shall be responsible for regular litter picks in the immediate vicinity during and after trading hours.
18. Staff shall be trained in safeguarding awareness, including how to identify and respond to concerns involving children and vulnerable persons, this training will be recorded and refreshed every 12 months and made available to police/licensing officers.
19. No large groups of children in the premises at once unless purchasing food 20. Notice asking customers to leave quietly 21. Any crime/anti-social behaviour that takes place to be reported to the police.
