ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
- High-quality CCTV will be installed inside and outside the premises, covering key areas including the entrance.
- Footage will be retained for at least 28 days and made available to the police upon request.
- The premises will be well-lit externally to deter anti-social behaviour.
-Staff will be trained in conflict management and responsible customer service.
- No sales of alcohol or any products that may encourage disorderly behaviour.
- Any incidents will be recorded in an incident log and, if necessary, reported to the police
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Fire extinguishers and first aid kits will be available and regularly maintained.
All kitchen equipment will be inspected regularly to avoid hazards such as fire or gas leaks.
- Clear access routes will be maintained for emergency services.
- Staff will be trained in food safety, allergen awareness, and emergency procedures
- Use secure, odour-resistant, and noise-reducing packaging for takeaway orders.
- Signs will be displayed asking customers to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
- Deliveries will be managed to avoid excessive noise and disruption, especially during late hours.
- Regular litter picks will be carried out around the premises to prevent rubbish build-up.
- Ensure the premises are closed and cleaned promptly at the end of each trading day
- Not to sell any age-restricted products.
- Staff will be trained to recognise and report any suspicious behaviour involving children.
- Children will not be allowed to loiter on the premises without adult supervision.
- Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Clear signage will be displayed to deter under-age access if any applicable restrictions are in place
