ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The Premises has a 24/7 mobile contact number working at all times to enable any Responsible Authority to make immediate contact with the PLH if required.
2. Manager present on duty to report nuisance to police. Staff are monitoring behaviour of all customers
3. Digital hard drive CCTV system installed.
4. CCTV cameras cover internal and external areas of the premises and all areas where customers have legitimate access.
5. One CCTV camera is specifically positioned to capture facial images of any persons entering the premises.
6. All areas are sufficiently illuminated for the purposes of the recording of CCTV images.
7. All CCTV recorded images have sufficient clarity/quality/definition to enable facial recognition.
8. CCTV images are retained in an unedited format for a period of 31 consecutive days.
9. Any person left in charge of the premises is trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment and is able to produce/download/burn CCTV images.
10. CCTV is maintained on a regular basis and always kept in good working order and images shall be produced to the Police or Authorised Licensing Officers immediately upon request.
11. CCTV checked daily and if found not to be in good working order, alcohol will not be sold until such time as it is.
12. The CCTV system records images at all times when members of the public are at or on the premises.
13. Posters, no smaller than A4 size, are clearly and prominently displayed at the entrance and exit of the premises stating that CCTV is in operation and that images are being captured for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety.
14. A list of all employees is written and kept up to date showing names and dates of birth for each employee.
15. That list is provided to GMP / Licensing Authority immediately upon request.
16. The PLH will check and retain a copy of each employee UK Passport / and ensure their entitlement to work in the UK, prior to employment.
17. No person under the age of 18 permitted on the premises, after 21:00hrs unless accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18. (The responsible adult shall not be a member of staff).
