ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff will be trained and fully aware of the procedures required in case any incidents take place.
2. All incidents will be recorded and documented.
3. CCTV fitted in the premises
4. CCTV covers all areas including the main entrance of the premises.
5. All cameras are in HD with a built-in recording secured system for up to 28 days.
6. External cameras cover the “drive thru” area
7. The number of persons permitted in the premises at any one-time including staff will never exceed 50.
8. Two fire exits with clean indicators are accessible one located at the front and one at the back of the premises.
9. At each fire exit firefighting equipment is located, inspected, and serviced using British standards.
10. All supervisors will be trained to use first aid.
11. All injuries will be recorded in the incident folder which is kept in the manager’s office at the premises.
12. All staff are trained in the evacuation procedure.
13. The main entrance is always closed.
14. The litter bin is also located at a suitable spot that can be access by all. Customer and bin bags are changed every 30-min in busy times.
15. The front of the premises is regularly checked to ensure that is always clean and clear.
16. Deliveries and all suppliers are scheduled to deliver before midday at the rear of the premises (no deliveries on weekends).
17. Registered with “biffa” _(general waste and recycling bins) and this is collected on a weekly basis.
