ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV cameras will be installed at all exists.
2. An incident book will be maintained and kept on the premises, the log will include, date, time, and name of member of staff making the record, along with action taken. This shall be made available for inspection for an Authorised Officer.
3. All door supervisors will be SIA registered.
4. There will be two members of staff, which are trained to deal with challenging customers and customers who are under the influence of alcohol. This shall be repeated at no greater than 6 months intervals.
Public Safety
5. Management will ensure all glasses are cleared up regularly.
6. Management will ensure the floors are always clean.
7. Suitable access will be provided for disabled persons.
8. First Aid station will be kept on site.
9. Management will ensure public safety, anti-noise, and relevant hazardous warning signs are displayed throughout the public areas of the premises.
Prevention of Public Nuisance.
10. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exists from the premises, requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residence and to leave the premises quietly.
11. Delivery of goods that are necessary for operations for the business, will be carried out at such time as not to disturb the neighbours, in line with planning permission.
Protection from Children from Harm
12. No children will be permitted on the premises, unless accompanied by an adult.
13. The premises will operate a challenge 21 policy.
14. Under 18 signs will be displayed.
15. For example appropriate ID passport, photographic driving licence and the proof of age standards scheme, (PASS) and military ID card.
16. Staff will be trained on the conditions attached to the Premises Licence, records will be kept up to date.
