ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Staff trained to prevent crime and disorderly conduct during trading hours
2. Public safety ensured on entering the premises
3. There will be no nuisance or commotion for the public or nearby residing residents
4. The premises will be locked and secured when not open
5. Shutters have been installed to prevent damage to the premises
6. CCTV is operational 24hours inside and outside of the building
7. CCTV records and retains images for 30 days
8. CCTV is operational at all times the premises is open to the public
9. CCTV has night vision installed
10. A notice is displayed indicating the trading hours and times where licensable activities are permitted
11. Notices are displayed warning of potential criminal activity such as theft, that may target customers
12. Rubbish in the area will be managed
13. People loitering around the restaurant will be managed
14. Noise of customers will be managed when they leave the premises
15. Fire safety measures will be implemented for the safety of customers
16. All staff will be trained on the Licensing Act 2003
17. Adequate access is provided for emergency vehicles
18. All apparatus will be maintained at all times and kept in good order and in a safe condition
19. Deliveries of materials necessary for the operation of the business will be carried out at such a time or in such a manner as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to residents
20. To reduce noise produced by the premises, bins and rubbish will be kept to a minimum after 01:00hrs
21. Bright lights on or outside the premises will be positioned and screened to not cause a disturbance to nearby residents
22. Staff are trained on how to deal with and prevent public nuisance
23. Anyone who causes any trouble will be banned from the premises and a record of this will be kept and all staff will be notified
24. Regular checks will be dine inside and outside for littering
25. No children are allowed in after closing hours
26. No unaccompanied children allowed.
