  1. Licence is issued subject to statements 6 - 30 inclusive within 'FRIENDS OF BROADFIELD PARK BANDSTAND OPENING - EVENT PLAN' issued 24/07/2005 as attached to the premises licence application. Excluding "attendance levels" which will vary dependant upon event type - but will always be less than 5000 persons.

   

  2. Licence is issued also subject to the following:

  a) Constituents for the Friends of Broadfield Park (approved at the AGM held on 24/05/2001 in St Chad's fold)

  b) Friends of Broadfield Park - Child Protection Policy Statement adopted in 2005.

   

  3. Police presence will be requested, if appropriate, at each event for community cohesion as well as enforcement.
