  2. Licence is issued also subject to the following:

  a) Constituents for the Friends of Broadfield Park (approved at the AGM held on 24/05/2001 in St Chad's fold)

  b) Friends of Broadfield Park - Child Protection Policy Statement adopted in 2005.

   

  3. Police presence at each event for community cohesion as well as enforcement.

   

  4. Council Officer on duty who will have had a CRB check and to comply to Council Policy on Child Protection.
