ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. All staff are provided with training in relation to the licensing objectives that are commensurate with their duties.
2. Details of the training recorded in a personnel file or log book and refreshed at regular intervals
3. A CCTV system is maintained at the premises with cameras in the location indicated on the accompanying plan. Recordings are made of images from the cameras whilst a licensable activity is taking place and to be retained for a period of at least 30 days from the date of recording.
4. Immediate response to disorder is reported to Police via 999 telephone
5. A member of staff is trained on how to provide copies to police officers, where a request is received that complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2003 and any other legislation covering the disclosure of recorded material.
6. An incident book is maintained in a non‐loose leaf format to record details of any incidents in the premises that relate to the licensing objectives,
7. All safety matters at the premises are adequately covered by statutory provisions such as:
The Health and Safety at Work (etc.) Act 1974 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
8. A telephone number for the premises is displayed that is visible from the exterior of the building in the event that contact needs to be made with the staff to deal with any issue that might arise from the licensable activity.
9. Staff from the premises regularly monitor the exterior of the premises in an attempt to identify persons loitering in the area. Where such persons are identified, those persons are requested to leave the area.
10. Persons identified as drinking alcohol in the immediate area around the premises (purchased alcohol from elsewhere) are requested to leave and if they refuse to do so, a report is made to the Police. Any person who refuses to leave the area, or is identified as causing antisocial behaviour, is subject to a ban from the premises.
11. A record of banned individuals is maintained in the premises and all staff made aware of the persons who are currently banned so that entry is refused. This record is kept available for inspection while the premises are open for trading.
12. A regular inspection is made of the area immediately in the vicinity of the premises and any litter that can reasonably be assumed to have originated from the premises is collected for disposal.
13. A Challenge 25 scheme is adopted in compliance with the age verification condition.
14. Customers who appear be under 18 years of age are required to prove their age when purchasing between the hours of 22:00 and late closing.
15. Suitable forms of identification are a passport, ‘Pass’ card or other identification recognized by the licensing authority in its statement of licensing policy.
16. If found to be underage and potentially vulnerable, immediate response is reported to Police via 999 telephone
