ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV system installed
2. CCTV system produces images of evidential quality
3. CCTV system captures facial recognition images of people on entry and exit
4. CCTV system maintained in good working order at all times
5. CCTV system shows correct time(s) and dates(s)
6. CCTV images to be retained for a minimum of 31 consecutive days
7. CCTV images must be available to the police and other relevant authority on request
8. CCTV equipment retained in a secure environment
9. CCTV operates at all times premises open to the public
10. CCTV system checked daily
11. CCTV systems check log maintained
12. CCTV operator available and able to produce CCTV images if requested by Police or other relevant Licensing Authority
13. Responsible member of staff on site at all times the premises is open to the public
14. Staff employed will have authority to live and work in the UK, all staff details available on request
15. 1x SIA door staff deployed Friday and Saturday night from 23:00hrs to terminal hour. Plus every Sunday, proceeding
Bank Holidays Monday's (when open). Also Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve
16. SIA door staff log; start times, finish times, SIA licence numbers, available to the police and other relevant authority on request
17. Where SIA door security are engaged at the premises, SIA staff will be supplied by a registered SIA company
18. Refusal and incident log maintained and available to the police and other relevant authority on request.
19. Challenge 25 scheme in operation
20. Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently displayed
21. Staff trained in regard to Licensing legislation and responsibilities under Challenge 25 Policies
22. Only forms of acceptable identification are: Photo driving licence, Passport, Military I.D card and a Proof of Age Scheme Card
which carries the PASS hologram
23. Persons under the age of 18 permitted on the premises from 11.00hrs to 20.00hrs
24. Persons under the age of 18 permitted on the premises, if accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18,
from 20:00hrs to 22:00hrs
25. No persons under the age of 18 permitted on the premises after 22.00hrs
26. Attend training seminars organised by the Trading Standards Service as and when requested
27. Inform all staff of changes in the law relating to age-restricted products as and when required
28. Provide training, at least once a year, to existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol
29. All new staff receive training for on the sale of age restricted products
30. Deliveries in compliance with Planning consent timings
31. Deliveries organised in such a manner as to ensure the minimum practical disturbance is caused as per the
planning condition if applicable, otherwise deliveries shall take place between the hours of 07:00hrs and 18:00hrs
Monday to Friday and between 08:30 and 18:00 hours on Saturdays. Not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays
32. Waste (especially bottles), with the exception of food, will not be placed in external bins after 22:00hrs or before 09:00hrs
33. Premises to act responsibly by keeping the volume of any amplified entertainment to an acceptable level at all times
34. Notices asking customers to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum will be displayed at entrances and exits
35. No speakers to be placed outside the premises
