ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV system installed
2. CCTV system produces images of evidential quality
3. CTV system operates in all lighting conditions
4. CCTV system captures images of all entrances and exits
5. CCTV system maintained in good working order at all times
6. CCTV system shows correct time(s) and dates(s)
7. CCTV system checked daily
8. Written record of CCTV system checks maintained
9. CCTV images made available for viewing or copies made at the request of the Police or other relevant Authority, including the Licensing Service
10. CCTV equipment retained in a secure environment
11. Staff members capable of operating CCTV system available at all times
12. CCTV operates at all times premises open to the public
13. CCTV system installed so as to ensure no “black spots”
14. Incident log maintained
15. Member of the Town Centre Pub Watch scheme
16. Attendance at all Pub Watch meetings
17. 1 x SIA door staff deployed Friday and Saturday night from 20:00hrs to terminal hour
18. 2 x SIA door staff deployed Friday and Saturday nights from 20:00hrs to terminal hour, (and Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Eve)
19. Log of SIA start times, finish times, SIA licence numbers maintained on site and made available for inspection to the Police/Authories Licensing Officer upon request
20. Zero tolerance to drugs. Drug Policy in place. This policy facilitates the reporting of any person found to be in possession of drugs immediately to GMP. Confiscated drugs will be held in a secure location on the premises. Arrangements will be made to contact GMP for the collection and destruction of any drugs found. Any person found to be taking drugs on the premises will be legally detained (if possible) until appropriate direction/instruction is given by GMP
21. Any person found in possession of drugs will receive an immediate life time ban from the premises
22. Fire alarm system installed and operational at all times
23. First aid kit fully stocked on site
24. Electrical testing certificates in place, valid and available for inspection
25. Premises monitored to ensure no noise emanates so as to cause a nuisance
26. Deliveries in compliance with Planning consent timings
27. Notices asking customers to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum will be displayed at all entrances and exits and various locations around premises. Including any areas used for smoking.
28. Smoking areas will be contained as far away from neighbouring residential properties as possible (if applicable)
29. If door staff are on duty it will be part of their role to ensure that any noise is kept to an acceptable level. If no door staff it will be the responsibility of the duty manager
30. No form of licensable activities authorised by the premise licence shall be played through speakers installed in outside areas
31. Deliveries will be organised in such a manner as to ensure the minimum practical disturbance is caused. As per the planning condition if applicable, otherwise deliveries shall take place between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 hours Monday to Friday and between 08:30 and 18:00 hours on Saturdays. Not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays
32. To act responsibly by keeping the volume of any amplified entertainment at an acceptable level at all times and so that the entertainment will not be cause a nuisance inside or outside any noise sensitive premises
33. To assist this aim doors and windows will be kept closed except for ingress & egress, to prevent the noise escaping.
No speakers to be placed outside the front of the premises.
34. Waste (especially bottles), with the exception of food, will not be placed in external bins after 22:00hrs or before 09:00hrs on any day if there are any residential properties in the close vicinity.
35. No person under the age of 18 permitted at any time he premises are open to the public
36. Challenge 25 policy in place
37. Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently displayed in main bar areas and entrance
38. Staff trained in regard to Licensing legislation and responsibilities under Challenge 25 Policies
39. Training takes place at commencement of employment and every six months thereafter
40. A record of training will be maintained and produced upon request to authorised Officers of the Local/Licencing Authority
41. Refusals log maintained
42. Refusal log produced on request to Police/Licensing Authority upon request
