ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. The CCTV system will continually record whilst the premises are open for licensable activities and during all times that customers remain on the premises.
2. All records shall be kept for a minimum of 28 days and can be accessed on site.
3. Viewings of any recordings shall be made available on request to the Police or any other authorised officers.
4. The premises licence holder shall ensure the CCTV system is maintained at regular intervals.
5. CCTV to cover outside, are to ensure no youths are loitering around the shop.
6. Premises to meet Health and Safety Regulations.
7. Premises to be fully compliant with latest Covid regulations for hot food takeaways.
8.No Music to be played
