ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. ALL EMPLOYEES / WORKERS MUST HAVE LEGITIMATE ENTITLEMENT TO LIVE WORK IN THE UK.
2. RECORDS OF ALL EMPLOYEES / WORKERS WILL BE MAINTAINED TO INCLUDE DETAILS OF NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS AND A COPY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ID. THOSE RECORDS TO BE MAINTAINED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE POLICE OR OTHER RELEVANT AUTHORITY FOR INSPECTION UPON REQUEST
3. STAFF ATTENDANCE RECORDS TO BE MAINTAINED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO THE POLICE OR OTHER RELEVANT AUTHORITY FOR INSPECTION UPON REQUEST.
4. A senior member of staff is on the premises at all times the premises is open to the Public.
5. Discourage any anti-social behaviour.
6. Fully co-operate and maintain good working relationships with Police and relevant authorities.
7. Discourage any anti-social behaviour.
8. Not allow young persons to gather or congregate at the premises and be aware of all responsibilities to ensure the safety of children and young persons
9. CCTV system shows correct time(s) and dates(s).
10. CCTV images are retained in an unedited format for a period of 31 consecutive days.
11. The CCTV system records images at all times that any member of the public is at or on the premises. For the purpose of this condition A member of the public is defined as is any person other that the Premises Licence Holder, Spouse, Partner or Children (thereof).
12. CCTV cameras cover internal and external areas of the premises and all areas where customers have legitimate access. (Excluding Toilets).
13. All areas are sufficiently illuminated for the purposes of the recording of CCTV images.
14. One CCTV camera is specifically positioned to capture facial images of any persons entering the premises at the main entrance and all other entrances.
15. All CCTV recorded images have sufficient clarity/quality/definition to enable facial recognition.
16. Any person left in charge of the premises is trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment and is able to produce/download/burn CCTV images and hand to the Police or Authorised Licensing Officers (Rochdale Council Licensing Service) upon request.
17. CCTV checked weekly and if found not to be in good working order, late night licensable activity will not take place.
18. Posters, no smaller than A4 size, are clearly and prominently displayed at the entrance and exit of the premises stating that CCTV is in operation and that images are being captured for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety.
19. Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the premises unless purchasing food. If not children will be required to leave.
20. Full Compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times. Fire extinguishers on premises serviced annually and records kept.
