ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Challenge 25 Policy in place. (If customer appears under the age of 25 and attempts to purchase alcohol they should be challenged about their age).
2. Posters, minimum size A4, displaying Challenge 25 Policy clearly and prominently displayed.
3. Only forms of acceptable identification are: Photo driving licence, Passport and a Proof of Age Scheme Card which carries the PASS hologram.
4. All service of alcohol to any outside area should be decanted into polycarbonate glass and if bottles are offered they should be plastic.
5. All employees/workers must have legitimate entitlement to work in the UK
6. Records of all employees/workers will be maintained to include details of name, date of birth, address and copy of photographic I.D. Those records to be maintained and made available to Police or other relevant authority for inspection upon request
7. Daily booking on and off diary system or log to be maintained for all staff and made available to Police or other relevant authority, for inspection.
8. Training provided to all staff upon induction on the sale of age restricted products
9. Records of training should be kept and signed by staff to confirm training received. These should be available to Authorised Officers.
10. Refusals log in place recording any refusal of sale of alcohol, this log made available upon request to Police or Local Authority (AKA - Authorised Officers).
11. Remedial action recorded following the report of any underage sale. These should be recorded and made available to authorised Officers
12. In the unlikely event that SIA door securities are engaged at the premises. Local Authority should be informed, (for instance a large private birthday celebration). If numbers require SIA staff, they will be supplied by a registered SIA company.
13. In the event SIA door supervisors are required, a register will be maintained recording the following details: SIA licence number, licence expiry date, name, duty commencement date/time, duty cessation time and the individual’s signature. This register made available to authorised officers on request.
14. Digital CCTV system installed and in operation.
15. CCTV retained in a secure environment.
16. CCTV system shows correct time(s) and date(s)
17. CCTV images retained for a minimum period of 31 consecutive days.
18. CCTV records at all times members of the public are on the premises.
19. All areas sufficiently illuminated for the purpose of CCTV images
20. CCTV cameras cover internal and external areas of the premises
21. CCTV system installed so as to ensure no “Black Spots” both in and out-doors.
22. At least one CCTV camera specifically positioned to capture facial images of any person entering the premises at every entrance.
23. CCTV images to be of evidential quality and capable of facial recognition
24. A person capable of operating the CCTV always available and able to produce, download or burn CCTV images if requested by Authorised Officers.
25. CCTV maintenance carried out regularly and kept in good working order, records of these checks made and available for inspection by authorised officer on request.
26. CCTV checks to be made and recorded; theses should be available for inspection by authorised officer on request.
27. Posters displayed in a prominent position at the entrances and exits of the premises notifying members of the public that CCTV is in operation and images are being captured for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety.
28. Displayed posters to be no smaller than A4 size.
29. We will not serve anyone who is drunk or allow any disorderly behaviour on-site. CCTV is present and records all entrances in HD as well as the whole shop.
30. We have a radio on-site putting us in direct contact with centre security who are on-hand to assist when required and will maintain a presence.
31. We are registered with RMBC environmental health and strive to always achieve 5 stars. All staff are health and safety trained and we have up to date risk assessments in terms of fire, health and safety and food safety.
32. Customers when leaving late will be asked to not take any open drinks with them.
33. We will allow a 30 minute drinking up time.
