ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A responsible member of staff on site at all times the premises is open to the public.
2. All members of staff employed will have authority to live and work in the UK.
3. Poster, minimum size A4, displaying Challenge 25 Policy clearly and prominently displayed at relevant alcohol sale points throughout the premises.
4. Only forms of acceptable identification are: Photo driving license, Passport, Military I.D card and a Proof of Age Scheme Card which carries a PASS hologram.
5. Refusals log in place recording any refusal of sale of alcohol, this log made available upon request of an authorised officer.
6. Training provided to all staff upon induction on the sale of age restricted products before they serve behind any bar area.
7. Records kept of all training provided and signed by staff to confirm training received and understood. These records made available to an authorised officer on request.
8. All staff notified of any reports of alleged underage sales incidents that have been brought to the attention of management by Trading Standards Service.
9. A log of such notifications kept on file and available on request of an authorised officer.
10. Remedial action recorded following a report of an alleged underage sale from the premises, a copy of record made available to an authorised officer on request.
11. Registered door supervisors required every Friday and Saturday night from 22:00 hours until the premises close. Plus every Sunday, proceeding Bank Holidays Monday's (when open). Also Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve.
12. Where SIA door security are engaged at the premises, SIA staff will be supplied by a registered SIA company.
13. When SIA door supervisors are required, a register will be maintained recording the following details: SIA license number, license expiry date, name, duty commencement date/time, duty cessation time and individual’s signature. This register made available to authorised officers on request.
14. Poster displaying zero Policy in relation to drug use.
15. Digital CCTV system installed and in operation.
16. CCTV retained in a secure environment.
17. CCTV system installed so as to ensure no ‘Black Spots’.
18. CCTV system shows correct time(s) and dates(s).
19. CCTV cameras cover internal and external areas of the premises and all areas where customers have legitimate access (excluding toilets).
20. At least one CCTV camera specifically positioned to capture facial images of any person entering the premises at every entrance.
21. All areas sufficiently illuminated for the purpose of CCTV images.
22. CCTV images to be of evidential quality and capable of facial recognition.
23. CCTV images retained for a minimum period of 31 consecutive days.
24. A person capable of operating the CCTV always available and able to produce, download or burn CCTV images if requested by Police or other relevant Licensing Authority.
25. CCTV maintenance carried out regularly and kept in good working order, no alcohol will be sold until such time as it is.
26. CCTV records at all times members of the public are on the premises.
27. CCTV checked weekly and if found not to be working, no alcohol will be sold until such a time that it is.
28. Poster displayed in a prominent position at the entrances and exits of the premises notifying members of the public that CCTV is in operation and images are being captured for the purpose of crime prevention and safety.
29. Displayed posters to be no smaller than A$ size.
30. Children under the age of 16 not permitted on the premises after 22:00hours.
31. Notices asking customers to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum will be displayed at all the entrances and exits and various locations around the premises. Including any areas used for smoking.
32. Smoking area will be contained as far away from neighbouring residential properties as possible (if applicable).
33. If door staff are on duty it will part of their role to ensure that any noise is kept to an acceptable level. If no door staff it will be the responsibility of the duty manager.
34. No form of licensable activities authorised by the premises license shall be played through the speakers outside.
35. Deliveries will be organised in such a manner as to ensure the minimum practical disturbance is caused. As per the planning condition if applicable, otherwise deliveries shall take place between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 hours Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00 hours on Saturdays. Not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
36. To act responsibly by keeping the volume of any amplified entertainment to an acceptable level at all times and that so the entertainment will not cause a nuisance inside or outside any noise sensitive premises.
37. To assist this aim doors and windows will be kept closed except for ingress and egress, to prevent the noise escaping.
38. No speakers to be placed outside the premises.
39. Waste (especially bottles), with the exception of food, will not be placed in external bins after 22:00hrs or before 09:00hrs on any day if there are any residential properties in the close vicinity.
