ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. A digital hard drive CCTV system is in operation.
2. CCTV cameras cover internal and external areas of the premises and all areas where customers have legitimate access (Excluding Toilets).
3. One CCTV camera is specifically positioned to capture facial images of any persons entering the premises at the main entrance and all other entrances.
4. All areas are sufficiently illuminated for the purposes of the recording of CCTV images
5. All CCTV recorded images have sufficient clarity/quality/definition to enable facial recognition.
6. CCTV images are retained in an unedited format for a period of 31 days.
7. Any person left in charge of the premises is trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment and is able to produce/download/burn CCTV images.
8. CCTV is maintained on a regular basis and kept in good working order at all times and images shall be produced to the Police or Authorised Licensing Officers (Rochdale Council Licensing service) immediately upon request.
9. CCTV checked daily and if found not to be in good working order, licensable activities will not take place.
10. The CCTV system records images at all times that any member of the public is at or on the premises. For the purpose of this condition A member of the public is defined as is any person other that Premises Licence Holder, Spouse, Partner or Children (thereof).
11. Posters, no smaller than A4 size, are clearly and prominently displayed at the entrance and exit of the premises stating that CCTV is in operation and that images are being captured for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety.
12. All employees/workers must have legitimate entitlement to work in the uk.
13. Record of all employees/workers will be photographic ID. Those records to be maintained at the premises and made available to the police Or other relevant authority for inspection immediately upon request.
14. Daily booking on and off sheets to be maintained for all staff. Those records to be held at the [premises and made available to the police or other relevant authority for on inspection immediately upon request.
15. A member of management is on the premises at all times the premises is open to the Public.
16. Discourage any anti-social behaviour.
17. Fully co-operate and maintain good working relationships with Police and relevant authorities.
18. Not allow young persons to gather or congregate at the premises and be aware of all responsibilities to ensure the safety of children and young persons.
19. A clear and legible notice outside the premises indicating the normal hours under terms of the premises licence during which licensable activities are permitted.
20. Clear and conspicuous notice warning of potential criminal activity such as theft, that may target customers will be displayed.
21. Staff will be trained in asking to use premises in an orderly and respectful manner.
22. Internal and external lighting fixed to promote the public safety objective.
23. Well trained staff adhere to environmental health requirements.
24. A log Book or recording system shall be kept upon the premises in which shall be entered particulars of inspections made: those to be made by statue, and information compiled to comply with any public safety condition attached to the premises that requires the recording of such information. The log book shall be kept available for inspection when required by persons authorised by the Licensing Act 2003 or associated legislation.
25. All parts of the premises and all fittings and apparatus therein, door fastenings and notices, lighting, heating, electrical, air conditioning, sanitary accommodation and other installations, will be maintained at all times in good order and in a safe condition.
26. Noise reduction measures to address the public nuisance objective.
27. Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at the exit requesting the public to respect the needs of nearby residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly
28. Deliveries of goods necessary for the operation of the business will be carried out at such time or in such a manner as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to nearby residents.
29. Customers will be asked not to stand around loudly talking in the street outside the premises.
30. Customers will not be admitted to premises above opening hours
31. The removal of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 11.00PM. This will help to reduce the levels of noise produced by the premises.
32. Any lighting on or outside the premises will be positioned and screened in such a way so as to not cause a disturbance to nearby residents.
33. Adequate waste receptacles for use by customers will be provided in the local vicinity.
