Secure serving counter and no seating or tables to prevent potential disorder.
Bright lighting and staff training with procedures ion place.
Only customers who place an order sre allowed in the premisies.
Teenagers are not allowed in large groups.
All issues are logged by staff and reported.
Only children accompanied with a parent or Guardian can enter the premises
CCTV equipment shall be placed in the property to cover the entrance, exit & counter area. Images will be provided in a digitally recordable format and be capable of producing footage & pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions. Which are capable of facial recognition.
CCTV will operate as per the obove requirements at all times the premise is open to the public and signs will be displayed to this fact.
CCTV shall be maintained in good working order, showing correct times & dates and it will be checked daily. Records of these daily checks will be made and provided to police relevant authority on request. Recordings will be retained for at least 28days and will be made available for viewing or copies made at the request of the police or other relevant authority. The equipment and any recordings will be kept in a secure environment and a person who can operate the CCTV/download images will always be available
Compile and maintain an incident log - this will be made available tothe police and relevant authority on request.
Work to discourage any anti-social behaviour.
Fully co-opreate and maintain good working relationships with the police and relevant authorities.
Not allow young persons to gather or congregate at the premises and be aware of all responsibilities to ensure the safety of children and young persons.
hours of licensable activities to be altered to 23.00-02.30hrs Daily except 1st Dec - 3Rd Jan anually when it will be 23.00-05.00hrs
