ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV equipment placed in the property to the entrance exit and counter area. Images provided in a digitally recordable format, and capable of producing footage and pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions which are capable of facial recognition.
2. CCTV operates as per the above requirements at all times the premise is open to the public, signs displayed to this fact.
3. CCTV maintained in good working order, showing correct times and dates and checked daily. Records of those daily checks made and provided to Police and relevant authorities on request.
4. Recording retained for at least 28 days and will be made available for viewing or copies made at the request of the police and relevant authority. The equipment and any recordings kept in a secure environment and a person who can operate the CCTV/download will always be available.
5. Incident log compiled and maintained this will be made available to police and other relevant authority on request.
6. Work to discourage any anti-social behaviour.
7. Fully co-operate and maintain good working relationships with Police and relevant authorities.
8. Not allow young persons to gather or congregate at the premise and be aware of all responsibilities to ensure the safety of children and young persons.
