ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV shall be provided in a digitally recordable format, capable of producing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and capable of facial recognition
2. CCTV will be fitted to cover all entrances/exits and main serving areas
3. CCTV shall be maintained in good working order, showing correct times and dates and it will be checked daily. Records of those checks will be made
4. Recording will be retained for at least 28 days and will be made available for viewing or copies made at the request of the Police of other relevant authority. The equipment and any recordings will be kept in a secure enviroment and a person who can operate/download images will always be available
5. CCTV will operate at all times the premises is open to the public
6. Compile and maintain a refusals log - this will be made available to Police or other relevant authority on request
7. To sign up to the RMBC "Responsible Retailer Scheme" which is run by Rochdale MBC Trading Standards Service. As part of this scheme, a Challenge 25 scheme will be operated and Challenge 25 posters will be clearly and prominently displayed
8. The premises licence holder will be required to attend an annual "Responsible Retailer" training session with Trading Standards
9. A refusals log to be kept to record dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol to underage persons. A copy of the Refusals Log will be made available immediately upon request to authorised officers of RMBC
10. To provide training, at least every 6 months, to existing staff, on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol. To provide training for all new staff on the sale of age restricted products
11. To keep written records of all training provided in respect to the law relating to underage sales. Staff to sign and date records to confirm that the training has been received and understood
12. Actively discourage and challenge any anti social behaviour
13. Fully cooperate and maintain good working relationships with Police and relevant authorities
14. Not allow young persons to gather or congregate at the premises and be aware of all responsibilities to ensure the safety of young persons
