  The following conditions apply unless they have been superseded by provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

   

  Off Licence

   

   

  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  From 1st October 2010 these conditions will also apply

   

  (3)              (a) The premises licence holder or club certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

                (b) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. CCTV installed and operational

  2. CCTV camera positioned at point of sale

  3. CCTV to capture all trading areas

  4. CCTV images to allow for facial recognition

  5. CCTV camera positioned capturing images of front door

  6. CCTV system images retained on hard drive

  5. CCTV system records images at all times premises open to the public

  7. CCTV equipment checked daily, a log of checks maintained

  8. CCTV images retained in unedited format for 31 days minimum

  9. CCTV images produced immediately upon request to police and authorised officers of RMBC

  10. In the event CCTV system is not working there shall be no retail sales of alcohol

  11. Member of staff capable of downloading CCTV present at all times

  12. Challenge 25 Policy operated

  13. Staff trained in relation to Licensing Law and sale of age restricted products at commencement of employment

  14. Signage displayed clearly and prominently within store stating minimum age to purchase alcohol/age restricted products

  15. Copy of refusal log made available immediately upon request to authorised officers of RMBC

  16. All antisocial behaviour to be reported to the appropriate authorities
