  The following conditions apply unless they have been superseded by provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  From 1st October 2010 these conditions will also apply

   

  (3)              (a) The premises licence holder or club certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

                (b) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1. CCTV installed, in working order

  2. CCTV images retained for 31 consecutive days

  3. CCTV images to be produced immediately upon request to the Police and authorised officers of RMBC

  4. Refusal log retained on site

  5. Refusal log records dates and times of all refusals to retail alcohol

  6. Copy of refusal log available for inspection by the Police and authorised officers of RMBC immediately upon request

  7. Challenge 25 Scheme operated

  8. Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently displayed

  9. Member of RMBC Responsible Retailer Scheme

  10. Premises Licence Holder attends Responsible Retailer training events at the request of the Public Protection Service

  11. Training provided to existing employees every six months on the law relating to underage sales of alcohol

  12. Training provided to all new employees at the commencement of their employment on sales of age restricted products

  13. Employees trained on changes to the law relating to age restricted products

  14. Written training records of all employee training, retained on site and produced immediately upon request to the Police and authorised officers of RMBC

  15. Refrigeration units maintained to ensure no nuisance caused to noise sensitive properties

  16. Customer notices displayed requesting customers respect neighbours and do not create noise nuisance

  17. Deliveries managed so as not to cause disturbance to residents

  18. No waste disposed in external waste receptacles between 21:00 - 09:00 on any day
