ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. Hours for the supply of alcohol - Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 22:00
2. CCTV installed and fully operational at all times the premises is open to the public. Clear images are to be recording in all areas legitimately accessible by the public. Images retained for a minimum of 31 days
3. A CCTV camera fixed to the external part of the premises covering the front door and showing people entering the premises
4. CCTV tested on a daily basis to ensure it is recording and such records made of this test. If CCTV is found not to be working, no alcohol may be sold until such time as it is
5. CCTV footage is to be provided to GMP and authorised officers of RMBC immediately upon request
6. Any anti-social behaviour is to be reported to GMP immediately
7. A fixed litter bin situated outside the premises in line with advice from the Council's Planning/Environmental Health Services
8. Litter surrounding the premises cleared on a daily basis
9. Challenge 25 Policy in place
10. Challenge 25 posters clearly and prominently situated within the premises (minimum of one)
11. A refusals log of all refused sales kept and will be shown to GMP or authorised officers of RMBC immediately upon request
12. Staff trained before the commencement of their first shift in the laws surrounding underage sales and the steps taken to prevent underage sales occurring
13. Refresher training given every six months to all staff
14. Records of all training kept and made available immediately upon request of GMP or authorised officers of RMBC
15. Signed up to the Rochdale Borough Council "Responsible Retailer" scheme. The premises licence holder is required to attend an annual Responsible Retailer training session with the Council's Trading Standards Service
16. To attend training seminars organised by Rochdale Council's Trading Standards Service as and when requested to do so
