ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. CCTV installed and maintained in working order
2. CCTV images retained for 28 days and produced to authorised officers of RMBC immediately upon request
3. CCTV checked at commencement of trading day. If CCTV not working no retail sale of alcohol can take place until such times as it is working
4. Staff member on site at all times who is capable of operating CCTV equipment and dowloading CCTV images upon request
5. Refusal log kept recording dates and times of all refusals of retail alcohol to underage persons
6. Copy of refusal log made available immediately upon request to authorised officers of RMBC
7. Challenge 25 scheme operated
8. Challenge 25 posters displayed clearly and prominently
9. Member of RMBC responsible retailer scheme. The responsibility to sign up to this scheme is that of the premises licence holder
10. Premises licence holder required to attend annual responsible retailer scheme training with the Trading Standards Service
11. Training provided to all staff every 6 months and at the commencement of employment
12. Written records kept of all staff training in relation to the law relating to underage sales of alcohol confirming that training had been received and understood
13. Staff to sign and date training records
14. All staff informed of changes in the law relating to age restricted products
15. Staff notified of alleged underage sales as reported by authorised RMBC officers
16. Log of staff notifications kept on file for inspection by RMBC officers
17. Staff will not permit persons to congregate in the store or forecourt at any time
18. A register of staff details is kept and made available immediately upon request to authorised officers of RMBC
19. Premises licence holder ensures that written authority is provided to permit staff to retail alcohol during any absence of the DPS. Produced upon request to authorised officers
